The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has opened its Foreign Postgraduate Scholarship Programme for the 2024-2025 academic session, exclusively for students from the Niger-Delta region of Nigeria. This is an effort made towards improving human resource capacity in this strategic sector with a view to achieving more skill acquisition and specialization among the youths of Nigeria.

The Commission believes this program will provide crucial training and expertise needed for effective involvement in the Federal Government’s local content initiatives. By enabling participants to gain specialized knowledge, the scholarship aims to position them to compete on a global scale across various professional fields.
