Eligibility Requirements

Interested companies must submit the following documents to establish their eligibility:

  1. Company Registration Documents:
    • Certificate of Incorporation
    • Names of Directors and Beneficial Owners
  2. Professional Registrations:
    • Registration with relevant professional bodies
  3. Pension Compliance:
    • Up-to-date Pension Compliance Certificate valid until June 30, 2024
  4. Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance:
    • Current ITF Compliance Certificate
  5. Income Tax Clearance:
    • Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three years, valid as of June 30, 2024
  6. Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance:
    • Current NSITF Compliance Certificate

Registration of New Asset Managers and Auctioneers

This advertisement is specifically for Property Managers registered with the Commission. However, per Section 4(a) of POCA 2022, eligible and interested Asset Managers and Auctioneers can also register with the Commission.

Submission of Expression of Interest and Deadline

Application Address:

  • Address your EOI/Applications to the Honorable Chairman, ICPC, Plot 802, Constitution Avenue, Central Area, Abuja.
  • Attention: Director, Proceeds of Crime Department (POCD).

Submission Requirements:

  • All documents must be accompanied by a Covering/Forwarding letter on the company/firm’s letterhead.
  • Applications must clearly state the intention to manage the advertised property.

Deadline:

  • All applications must be submitted within seven working days from the date of this advertisement.
