How To Apply For Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) Entrepreneurship Grant

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has encouraged all corps members across Africa to engage in the Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) Entrepreneurship Grant, which is described as a golden opportunity to start a business venture.

The Tony Elumelu Foundation has the most significant role in promoting entrepreneurship in Africa. The foundation’s mission is not only financial but also crucial, as it offers grants to support the growth of a nation’s economy, fight poverty, and create employment by encouraging both males and females to engage in business.

In this regard, the foundation believes that the African private sector remains crucial in promoting social and economic growth, as well as wealth creation, and paving the way for sustainable development.

Apart from the TEF grant, the NYSC encourages corps members to take full advantage of the Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED) program. This program provides various vocational training for the youth, enabling those who participate to be economically productive once they complete their service year.

“Corps members should take advantage of the skills taught during the camp and continue with additional training afterward to enhance their capabilities,” emphasized NYSC Management.

As part of its diversification and support for these emerging businesspeople, NYSC has partnered with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), the Bank of Industry (BOI), Unity Bank, Access Bank, and the NNPC Foundation.

These partnerships provide funding in the form of loans and grants, thus enabling young people to implement their business ventures.

Aren’t you eager to become part of the African entrepreneurship revolution? Then this opportunity shouldn’t be missed!
