3MTT Dashboard Login: 3MTT Begins Issuance of Certificates To Cohort 1 Fellows
The 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) programme, a critical part of the Renewed Hope agenda, is aimed at building Nigeria’s technical talent backbone to power our digital economy and position Nigeria as a net talent exporter. The first phase of the programme, executed in collaboration with NITDA, will involve multiple stakeholders including fellows, training providers, partners and placement organisations.
In line with the Ministry’s 1%-10%-100% implementation approach, this first phase will aim to train and place 30,000 technical talents, representing 1% of our overall target. It will be executed based on the framework co-created with key stakeholders across government agencies, training providers, educational institutions, development agencies and the private sector.

How to log into the 3MTT training portal
- Go to https://app.3mtt.training/login
- Use your registered email and the password you created during the account verification to login.
How To Complete Your Profile
For those of you who have not completed your profile after your account verification, upon successful login, scroll down and complete the section in red which states:
- Confirm your skill and Technical level
- Take our questionnaire.
If you complete These steps, then you are good to go.
How To Know if Your Profile is Completed
Upon completion of the step above, your profile status will change to complete with two green Ticks in front of a and b above.
3MTT Begins Issuance of Certificates To Cohort 1 Fellows
3MTT Nigeria management has commenced the issuance of certificates to Cohort 1 Fellows to recognize their hard work and dedication.
According to 3MTT management, for a fellow to receive a certificate, he or she must ensure to:
- Have completed your online course.
- Have completed your physical training (status should be: “Completed ALC Training, Employed or Certified. Reach out to your ALC if your status hasn’t been updated.
- 3. Go to the “My Courses’ section and click Generate Certificate’
Your certificate will be automatically downloaded.
If you’re an AltSchool learner and haven’t achieved a 100% score, you’ll need to retake the exams. You have up to three attempts, so make sure to review the learning materials thoroughly before each try.
3mtt synchronize completion status every two weeks. If you haven’t reached 100% yet, please complete your courses before the next update at the end of next week., management said.
